Hi, I''m Manal
ADHD isn’t just something I coach — it’s something I understand personally.
After being diagnosed later in life, many pieces of my own story suddenly made sense. The overwhelm, the racing thoughts, the constant feeling of trying harder than everyone else just to keep up.
That experience shaped the way I approach my work today.
I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) accredited by the International Coaching Federation, specializing in ADHD and executive function coaching for children, teens, and adults.
I’m also a Certified ADHD Parent Coach and an EFT Tapping Practitioner, combining practical ADHD strategies with tools that help regulate emotions and reduce stress.

In my coaching, I focus on helping people understand how their ADHD brain works so they can build strategies that support their daily life.
My goal is not to “fix” ADHD, but to help people learn how to work with their brain instead of against it.
Whether I’m working with a child who feels misunderstood, a teen learning how to manage school demands, or an adult navigating work and family life, my focus is always the same: creating a supportive space where ADHD brains can better understand themselves and thrive.

TESTIMONIALS
"Manal is a very powerful coach. She has a very still and quiet manner that gives you the space to process and reflect which in turn helps you quickly get to the heart of the discussion. I would highly recommend anyone to Manal who is looking for a strong yet gentle and supportive coach." - Steve P
"Manal’s work with our daughter has played an integral part in improving our daughter’s ability to access coping skills to help control her emotions and decision-making. We noticed a difference after 1 month of weekly visits! Her approach is in a fun and friendly way that engages our daughter and has built a strong relationship between the two of them. Manal is always very thorough in her communication and she has created a safe space for our family to share this journey with each other." S.B.
When I met Manal, I had three main issues I was dealing with. After the loss of my sister, I was neglecting my health and I got into a very bad eating habit. I used to be very active and I wasn’t able to get motivated to take care of my health.
I also had a bad temper with stressful situations, that caused some social conflicts with friends, family and some consumers.
Manal walked me through few steps in our meetings, that helped me figure out solutions to the problems. Today I start my morning with taking care of myself, between working out, meditating, and reading in the morning, I found my stress level has gone down, my obsession to food went away and I have been myself again, the social butterfly that is liked by everyone around.
Manal, you may not realize this, but the few sessions we had has changed me a lot, and I thank you for who you are." -Robi S.
"I would like to say my experience with Manal Broeckelmann as my coach was exceptional. Ms. Broeckelmann listened to my concerns in addition to asking me the hard questions, making me realize obstacles that I may have caused through my own admission. She also helped me realize my best attributes and how to further develop them and re-focus on the things that make me happy and work best for me. Ms. Broeckelmann as my life coach, reminded me of the importance of always dressing nice and looking my best which has given me more confidence and a better feeling of self-worth." -Barbara L.
